Webinar with SAP and PreZero: Cash transactions at the scales

You are here:

The installation of a technical security device (TSE for short) at every checkout is a legal requirement. This applies not only to retailers, but also to public administrations and waste disposal companies. In our expert round on 13.09.21, we will explain how you can stay on the audit-proof side!

KassenSichV, DSFinV-K, progressive and retrograde auditing - loud terms whose meaning is not easily grasped. But the regulatory requirements also apply at the scales of the recycling center in the SAP Waste and Recycling of an SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP system, because cash and credit card payments must be made in an audit-proof manner. This is also the case with PreZero, who report from practice in the webinar.

Program

9:00 - 10:00 Expert panel Fiscalization at the scales of circular economy enterprises.

  • Cash payments and card payments in connection with their SAP customer-specific SD and FI processes
  • Take into account the legally required disclosures from GoBD and the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (Kassensicherungsverordnung)
  • Report from the project: PreZero has scales in use at many locations via which cash transactions are processed. By integrating the scales process and the SAP cash book, it was possible to sign and archive the payment transactions transparently in accordance with the German Cash Security Ordinance (KassenSichV) and the GoBD and make them available at the push of a button. In the project, all sites had to be supplied with the technical security equipment (TSE) within a tight schedule.
  • Ensure retrograde and progressive auditability of your FI-AR as well as FI-CA based cash book via SAP-SD and SAP-FI and the transition to the digital interface of the financial administration for cash register systems (DSFinV-K).

Your questions are always welcome - At the end we will discuss the integration of the individual process steps and best practices for implementation.

10:00 - 11:00 one-on-one 30 min with one of the experts (book in addition at registration)

It is always a little easier to talk about the current pain points without a listener. We create a private atmosphere, just you and the specialist.
